The organizational structure of Central College Of VietNam consists of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the College's Executive Board:
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees makes decisions on strategic resolutions, planning, development plans, and regulations concerning the organization and operation of the College. They determine the direction of the College’s educational activities, scientific research, technology, and international cooperation to ensure the quality of education. The Chairman also decides on matters related to organization, staffing, finance, assets, and the investment direction for the College’s development.
Dr. Le Lam - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Dr. Le Lam graduated with a degree in Electronics and Automation Engineering, a Master's in Educational Management, and a Doctorate in Measurement and Evaluation in Education from the University of Education at Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He also holds a Senior Political Theory Certificate and a Vocational Education Management Professional Certificate.
The Executive Board of Central College consists of experienced educators and education managers who are dedicated to the profession. They work closely with the faculty, staff, and students, ensuring unity and collaboration to promote the development of the College.
The Rector carries out the duties and responsibilities as defined by the College Charter, issued under Circular No. 15/2021/TT-BLĐTBXH on October 21, 2021, by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs.
The Vice Rector is delegated by the Rector to carry out specific tasks and responsibilities as outlined for each academic year.
The leadership, management, and operation of all activities at the College are governed by the College Charter, the College's Regulations, and organizational guidelines. The leadership team is committed to maintaining unity and overcoming challenges to ensure the completion of assigned tasks. Throughout the leadership process, the Rector and Vice Rector must coordinate closely to ensure both unity and effectiveness. Creativity, initiative, and teamwork are encouraged to successfully fulfill the College's goals and handle any urgent tasks assigned by the higher authorities.

Master. Ngo Thi Phuong Dung holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Master's degree in Educational Management, and a Certificate in Vocational Educational Management.
Master Huynh Trong Hieu - Vice Rector of Central College Of VietNam
Master Huynh Trong Hieu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Vocational Educational Management.
